Last day of work for 2014

Today was the start of a TDI Air Diluent CCR course. We started of with a little history about rebreather, then moved on to the Rebreather concept and design features. At the end of the day we fully assembled the units ready for our first pool session tomorrow

Advanced Recreational Trimix course

Congratulation to Jamie Smith, who completed his IANTD Advanced Recreational Trimix Course this week :-) It took some time to sort out his kit at the beginning and remove all the cable ties, plastic clips and spare bungee cord .. But once he was in the water he was a natural Technical Diver !!

Backlands Lakes

It looked like everyone enjoyed their rebreather try dives today at Buckland Lakes with Southern Scuba :-) Now i have driven to the other side of England and start an AP Diving level/ Mod 1 in the morning. We will be starting off with a little theory, then heading to the swimming pool to start on the in water skills session. JJ course

Today was the start of another JJ-CCR course, this time for Alan and Elvis (see photos). Alan originally asked for the course to be on a one to one basis, but now seems happy for Elvis to join in  

We started with a little Advanced Nitrox theory, which Elvis lapped up and found very easy, Alan found it a little harder, but i'm sure he will get there in the end  #rebreatherpro-training

End of the Isle of Man trip.

Just heading home after a great trip to the Isle of Man, thanks to Thomas Brett, Peter McCamley & Frank Mcdermott for some great dives, good laughs and fun times !! Had a nice day out at Stoney Cove today with Ellen  Finally got around to test the Suex scooter from Below1Bar.com , which is a great piece of kit and is all ready for a trip to the Isle of Man !! It was also good to meet up with Paul Hardy and Martin Baker from Go Dive . And then a drink and chat withWayne Allen to finish off a great day !!
